At New Era Homes, we’re celebrating the warmer months with an exciting offer: a *12-month build time guarantee for our single-storey homes. We sometimes deliver even sooner, with some projects completed in as little as 10-11 months!
In the unlikely event that we don't meet this 12-month build time guarantee, we’ve got something in store to ease your mind. We understand that waiting for your new home can impact your budget, so we promise a $400 per week reimbursement for each week that goes beyond our 12-month timeframe. This is our way of helping with the cost of living while you await the moment your keys.
Understanding our 12-Month Build Time Guarantee
Here’s a high-level overview of how our 12-month build time guarantee works:
Pre-Construction (~4 months): This phase covers everything from administration, finance, and design, to drawings. Depending on the complexity of your build, this could take longer or shorter than 4 months, but on average, we aim to keep it within this timeframe.
Slab Down: This is when construction officially begins and your 12-month guarantee commences. All hands are on deck as we bring your vision to life, laying the foundation for your new home.
Practical Completion to Key Handover (2 weeks): After construction is complete, we carry out the final touches and ensure everything is up to our high standards (also known as PCI). Then, within two weeks, it’s time to hand over the keys to your brand-new home.
