Before we begin

Once your finance and land are sorted, this is where your vision starts to come to life, where floorplans become tangible, selections are made, and we prepare everything for construction to begin.

The building stages

Slab down

Once all approvals are in place, it’s time for your home’s foundation to take shape. The slab is poured, marking an exciting (and major) milestone, it’s the first time you can see the true footprint of your new home.

Brickwork

After the slab has cured, the bricklayers begin building your home’s structure. You’ll see the walls go up and rooms take form, giving you a sense of the layout and flow. This stage can take a few weeks depending on the size of your home and the weather, but it’s where everything really starts to come to life.

Roof cover

Once the brickwork is complete, your roof structure and coverings are installed. This not only protects your home from the elements but also defines its overall look and character. It’s another major moment, your new home now looks complete from the outside.

Post building stages

Lock-up

The lock-up stage is the third major phase in the building process, occurring after the frame and roof are completed but before the interior finishing begins. 

At this stage, external doors and windows are installed, allowing your home to be “locked up” and secured. Inside, services such as plumbing and electrical work are prepared for the next stage of construction.

Finishing touches

Once your home is watertight and secure, the focus shifts to the interiors including plastering, cabinetry, painting, tiling, and all the details that make your house a home. Our quality assurance checks are completed throughout this process to ensure everything meets our standards (and yours).

Handover & beyond

When construction is complete, we’ll walk you through your new home during the handover inspection. This is where we check everything together and ensure every detail is exactly as it should be. 

You’ll receive your keys, your warranties, and all the information you need to settle in confidently.
